Sasolyn Labs supplies cosmetic products to beauty professionals, studios, and businesses. Orders are fulfilled based on available inventory and/or production timelines, depending on the product and order type.

Orders
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled after processing has begun.
All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Fulfillment & Delivery
Estimated fulfillment and delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, order size, and supplier schedules. While we aim to meet estimated timelines, they are not guaranteed.
Sasolyn Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sasolyn Labs is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Products are intended for professional or resale use. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including labeling and resale requirements.

Product Variations
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.
